4th Clean City Contest Evaluation Process (4 Stages)
Stage 1 (Application): All candidate cities and khans must register and submit their formal application to NC3A.
Stage 2 (Assessment & Field Verification): Candidates submit standard documentation reference files. NC3A field teams visit site locations, inspect public areas and tourist resorts, and interview municipal officials.
Stage 3 (Winner Announcement): Official declaration of winners for the 4th Clean City Contest.
Stage 4 (Official Award Ceremony): NC3A organizes the official award presentation of Romdoul flower labels to winning cities/khans.
Romdoul Flower Label Award Levels (Valid for 3 Years)
3-Tree Romdoul Flower Label (90–120 points): Awarded for score equivalent to at least 75% of total points.
2-Tree Romdoul Flower Label (72–89 points): Awarded for score equivalent to at least 60% of total points.
1-Tree Romdoul Flower Label (48–71 points): Awarded for score equivalent to at least 40% of total points.
